Over the past few months, I have had the pleasure of working with Jessie Cerminaro. At the time Jessie reached out to me, I was not in an active job search. I was happy with my role in my soon-to-be former organization. Jessie was searching for a Physician Recruiter. I let her know my situation and that I would only explore opportunities that would allow for advancement in my career. Knowing her client and the inner workings of the organization, Jessie was aware of a potential leadership position within the organization. Next week, I start my new position as the Director of Physician Recruitment with a wonderful company.

There is a two-month gap between those last two statements. In those two months, Jesse and I went through a lot together. Jesse took the time to learn more about me and what makes me tick. She knew exactly what I was looking for in my next career endeavor. There were a few barriers that I needed to break through during our time spent together. Jesse was so great to me, balancing being a career coach and also displaying her maternal nature. From personal situations I was going through to the final negotiations, Jesse displayed the utmost professionalism and support throughout this entire process. To say that we built a bond would be an understatement!

I had vowed to myself last October that I would not work with a 3rd party recruiter in any future job searches. I was previously involved in an intense job search where my recruiter really took too much control of the interview process with her client and for lack of a better analogy, really kept me on a short leash. Jesse was quite the opposite. She really had a great balance of getting me prepared for the interview process, while also allowing me to be myself and have some control on my end. I am very fortunate to have been contacted by Jesse. She is truly a remarkable recruiter, an even better person. Too often do we (I) hear about that recruiter that only has their interest of filling a job req. Of course, I’m sure Jesse had this goal in mind, but she made sure that I was going to advance my career and put myself in a position to better me and my family. As you can tell, I cannot say enough about my experience with Jesse. -Acute Care Job Seeker

It has been my pleasure as both a candidate and as a client, to work with Lilliana del Real and American Recruiters. Having experienced several recruiters across the U.S., I found Lilliana to be the consummate professional: supportive, helpful, timely, and very comfortable to work with. From a candidate’s perspective, Lilliana and American Recruiters were always available for my questions and to discuss/review every step of the recruitment process including strategies for success. As a client, they were always readily available for questions about the applicant and they were also very thorough in the information they provided me on the application. I unconditionally recommend Lilliana and American Recruiters as a team, that either a candidate or client would find to be an able partner in their job/applicant search. -Charlene H., Acute Care Job Seeker & Employer

Michelle Johnson with American Recruiters has been a great extension of my recruiting team, with regard to hard-to-fill openings where we didn’t have the band width to cold call into other organizations for our sourcing of employed candidates that match our needs for our current openings. She stands out from other recruiters in that she actively sources qualified employed candidates rather than peddling unemployed or discontented candidates that may have demonstrated experience, but not properly motivated for the transformational leadership skills we need in our openings. I’ve always appreciated Michelle’s understanding of my company’s needs versus just trying to place a candidate that is looking for a new job. She’s able to match both the client needs and the candidate needs in a balanced manner. She communicates in an appropriate manner that is effective and efficient. -Sue F., Talent Acquisition Leader
