Starting his career as an accountant in the banking and construction industries, Van made the successful transition to recruiting in 1999.  After working with a large national firm for several years in the Accounting and Finance recruitment area he moved his practice to a small startup recruiting agency.  Over the course of 16 years, he diligently worked his way from recruiting manager to branch manager and ultimately managing partner of the firm.  He has personal experience with effective hiring, training and coaching a team.

Raising a family in New Hampshire, Van is the proud parent of Katherine and Ray.  Both are attending college, and he couldn’t be more pleased with their success.  Expanding his family in 2023, he adopted Doug the Pug.  A welcome addition of the furry kind.
