Gino began his career at American Recruiters in 1986 as a new recruiter.

Over the past four decades, Gino played a key role in transforming American Recruiters into a national executive search & consulting firm on several fronts.

First, in 1990 was the establishment of what is presently our largest segment of executive search, our Healthcare recruitment business segment. Later in 1990, American Recruiters launched its presence into the very specialized field of recruiting in the space know as the commercial foodservice equipment and supplies industries.

In 1999, Gino launched the franchise program at American Recruiters.  This is where he began replicating the American Recruiters’ business model, along with its successes, through the establishment of the franchising model and opened its first franchised location in Chicago, Illinois.

Gino is originally from Herkimer, NY and is a University of Miami graduate, BBA, 1984. He married his wife Terri in 1993 and has two children. He is a very active member of his church. He was a University of Miami Cheerleader for their first National Championship, is a member of the University of Miami Hall of Fame Committee and the “U” Alumni Association, Proud sponsor of the University of Miami Co-ed Cheerleaders, and was a coach and Board Member of football, basketball and baseball for sports leagues for the City of Parkland, Florida. He is also a musician who enjoys playing the drums and guitar.

Terri heads up our Corporate Business Office and brings with her an extensive background in the insurance and real estate industries. As a long-time Senior Claims Analyst for Allstate, she was responsible for successfully investigating claims, determining losses and leading field audit teams. She is diligent about digging under the surface to find the root cause of issues that might delay or denigrate the service to our clients and franchises. She is extremely organized and very detail-oriented and keeps our business office organized and on a productive schedule. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Florida and is one of the kindest people you will ever encounter.

Gregg Podalsky, President – Staffing Division

Gregg is the new President of the American Recruiters’ Contract Staffing Franchise Division. He first joined American Recruiters in 1998. In his first year, he earned honors as Top Producer and Rookie of the Year. In 2005, he left American Recruiters of Miami to start American Recruiting and Consulting Group which specializes in multiple industries with a heavy concentration in Information Technology Contract Staffing.

American Recruiting and Consulting Group is listed by Forbes Magazine in the Top 35 Executive Recruiting Firms, Professional Recruitment Firms and Top Staffing Firms in the United States in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, as well as by multiple other Florida Business Journals as one of the top Executive Recruiting and Consulting Firms for 20+ years. Gregg has also launched a unique, trademarked solution, Recruitment Intelligence™, and has successfully piloted his staffing organization through tremendous growth despite economic downturns that have stymied other competitors.

Gregg has two children and resides in Weston Florida. He is a former State of Florida high-school swimming champion and was recruited to swim at the University of Miami in 1990. While at Miami, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and graduated with a 4.0 in his major, magna cum laude overall, and was Academic Captain of the University of Miami’s Men’s Swimming Team. Gregg continues to train and occasionally compete in swimming events. On several occasions, he has achieved times that rank in the US Top-Ten for his age group in Master’s competitions. In his spare time, he swims, works out, is an avid car enthusiast, an audiophile, and collector of fine wristwatches.

Theresa Scialdone, Director of Marketing

Theresa is a highly creative, motivated, and positive individual, who brings with her, more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in first-rate business environments including airline and aviation management where she worked for nearly twenty years. During her tenure with the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, she served on the executive management team as the Director of Parking, the Director of Terminal Services and as a leader in the Operations Department. While at Midway Airlines, she served as their primary hub’s Manager of Ramp Services, after having also been an instructor/trainer and an agent.  She has a proven track record with effectively facilitating change in all of these business environments, while also building strong, healthy teams and motivating others to be better at what they do.

She is a passionate and natural leader, with an inclusive and highly communicative approach to leading her teams and staying focused on their shared goals. She has been extremely successful in all levels of leadership, from departmental management to the executive suite.

She is a 1984 graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography, and still enjoys those and other creative outlets.

Suzi Rogers, Director of Infrastructure & Support

Suzi is a fierce multitasker who can and does it all. She is an integral part of our Corporate Development Team, managing our CRM data as well as our communication and sales reporting systems. She is extremely detail-oriented and is driven to do everything she can to help our teams to be successful.

On any given day, you can find her juggling several different data or support-related tasks and keeping our team and associates organized and on point.  Her experience in the world of contracting has given her a well-rounded history of managing contracts, payroll and everything in between.  She is adept at creating order out of chaos and helping to move teams forward.

In her spare time, she is a mother of five gorgeous children and puts us all to shame with making it all seem so easy.

Dawn Nieman, RN – Vice President, Healthcare Staffing Division, Clinical Liaison


Dawn is a licensed RN in the state of Michigan with 25 years of clinical experience. She’s an award-winning healthcare professional, who has also excelled in the healthcare staffing industry for over 20 years. As the Director of Nursing for a large healthcare organization, she was recognized for both her nursing leadership and operational accomplishments, receiving the Oakland University Nightingale Award for nursing excellence in Executive Administration.

She is a focused and determined innovator who has successfully led and implemented numerous, initiatives to improve staffing ratios and clinical outcomes, including the development of a system float pool, centralized staffing, a travel nursing division and served as MSP (Managed Service Provider) support to her clients.

Her vision and leadership have successfully aided and abled her clients to standardize their policies and procedures and optimize efficiencies in resource deployment, quality improvement, regulatory risk mitigation, and to better manage employee relations. Her demonstrated track record has resulted in improved staffing levels, reduced overtime and premium pay.


Heather Kaiser – Certified Professional Resume Writer

Heather Kaiser is a Certified Professional Resume Writer for American Recruiters. Ms. Kaiser began writing resumes in 1997 while working as a recruiter for a staffing agency in Paramus, NJ. Since then, she has worked in every facet of Human Resources, finding her way to the New York Stock Exchange in 2004. That year, she made a career change and began working in the Listing Compliance department of the NYSE, working her way up from administrative duties to a Senior Analyst overseeing the compliance of over 700 publicly-traded companies on two platforms.

Resume writing was always just a hobby until she started her business in 2014 and earned her certification in 2018 through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. She is currently the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Fort Lee, the Co-Chair of the Community Affairs Committee of The Fort Lee Regional Chamber of Commerce, and a Hall of Fame infielder on her New York Yankees Women’s Fantasy Camp team! Ms. Kaiser resides in the New York Metropolitan area with her husband and two children.
