Gino began his career at American Recruiters in 1986 as a new recruiter.
Over the past four decades, Gino played a key role in transforming American Recruiters into a national executive search & consulting firm on several fronts.
First, in 1990 was the establishment of what is presently our largest segment of executive search, our Healthcare recruitment business segment. Later in 1990, American Recruiters launched its presence into the very specialized field of recruiting in the space known as the commercial foodservice equipment and supplies industries.
In 1999, Gino launched the franchise program at American Recruiters. This is where he began replicating the American Recruiters’ business model, along with its successes, through the establishment of the franchising model and opened its first franchised location in Chicago, Illinois.
Gino is originally from Herkimer, NY and is a University of Miami graduate, BBA, 1984. He married his wife Terri in 1993 and has two children. He is a very active member of his church. He was a University of Miami Cheerleader for their first National Championship, is a member of the University of Miami Hall of Fame Committee and the “U” Alumni Association, Proud sponsor of the University of Miami Co-ed Cheerleaders, and was a coach and Board Member of football, basketball and baseball for sports leagues for the City of Parkland, Florida. He is also a musician who enjoys playing the drums and guitar.
Terri Scialdone, Vice President, CFO
Terri heads up our Corporate Business Office and brings with her an extensive background in the insurance and real estate industries. As a long-time Senior Claims Analyst for Allstate, she was responsible for successfully investigating claims, determining losses and leading field audit teams. She is diligent about digging under the surface to find the root cause of issues that might delay or denigrate the service to our clients and franchises. She is extremely organized and very detail-oriented and keeps our business office organized and on a productive schedule. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Florida and is one of the kindest people you will ever encounter.

Theresa Scialdone, Vice President of Marketing & Branding
Theresa is a highly creative, motivated, and positive individual, who brings with her, more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in first-rate business environments including airline and aviation management where she worked for nearly twenty years. During her tenure with the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, she served on the executive management team as the Director of Parking, the Director of Terminal Services and as a leader in the Operations Department. While at Midway Airlines, she served as their primary hub’s Manager of Ramp Services, after having also been an instructor/trainer and an agent. She has a proven track record with effectively facilitating change in all of these business environments, while also building strong, healthy teams and motivating others to be better at what they do.
She is a passionate and natural leader, with an inclusive and highly communicative approach to leading her teams and staying focused on their shared goals. She has been extremely successful in all levels of leadership, from departmental management to the executive suite.
She is a graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography, and still enjoys those and other creative outlets. She is the primary photographer and graphic design artist for our Brand.

Suzi Rogers, Vice President of Infrastructure & Support
Suzi is a fierce multitasker who can and does it all. She is an integral part of our Executive Leadership Team, managing our CRM data as well as our communication and sales reporting systems. She is extremely detail-oriented and is driven to do everything she can to help our teams to be successful.
On any given day, you can find her juggling several different data or support-related tasks and keeping our team and associates organized and on point. Her experience in the world of contracting has given her a well-rounded history of managing contracts, payroll and everything in between. She is adept at creating order out of chaos and helping to move teams forward.
In her spare time, she is a mother of five gorgeous children and puts us all to shame with making it all seem so easy.

Daryn Edelman – Certified Professional Resume Writer
Daryn Edelman, CPRW, is American Recruiters’ Resume Swagger Specialist. He has been creating ‘results-getting’ resumes for nearly 20 years for interns to C-levels and board members of Fortune 100 corporations. He is a proud UCLA Bruin who started his career working in a famous animal hospital in Beverly Hills, serving Hollywood A-list dogs, cats, birds, and hamsters (actual client list confidential). Ultimately, he knew he was destined to help humans, so he switched his major to Education and followed in his mom’s footsteps to become a teacher in Los Angeles. He started resume writing as a side hustle (before “side hustle” was a thing), eventually opening his own company and working with tens of thousands of clients over the years to get them their dream jobs. Daryn still resides in Los Angeles and is ferociously proud of his daughter, currently studying subjects he doesn’t understand in the least, at The Technion in Israel.
You’ll find Daryn snowboarding in winter, working out, playing basketball, and taking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (not all at the same time). He enjoys theater, volunteering for various causes, personal development, and being the best dad he could be.
