Multiconcept operator Bloomin’ Brands named John Bettin president of the Bonefish Grill chain, effective September 2, 2025. He will replace Mark Graff, who will depart the company on November 1, 2025, per a Bloomin’ Brands release. This move is part of a series of leadership updates Bloomin’ Brands is making.
Michael Healy, currently the company’s chief financial officer, will assume the newly created role of executive vice president, strategy and transformation for Bloomin’ Brands. This will occur once the company’s new CFO, Eric Christel, is fully onboard.
In addition, Randy Scruggs was promoted to sr. vice president of supply chain for Bloomin’ Brands. He most recently served as vice president of supply chain. Bloomin’ Brands also hired Ali Charri to serve as sr. vice president, guest insights and analytics.
