Over the past few months, I have had the pleasure of working with Jessie Cerminaro. At the time Jessie reached out to me, I was not in an active job search. I was happy with my role in my soon-to-be former organization. Jessie was searching for a Physician Recruiter. I let her know my situation and that I would only explore opportunities that would allow for advancement in my career. Knowing her client and the inner workings of the organization, Jessie was aware of a potential leadership position within the organization. Next week, I start my new position as the Director of Physician Recruitment with a wonderful company.

There is a two-month gap between those last two statements. In those two months, Jesse and I went through a lot together. Jesse took the time to learn more about me and what makes me tick. She knew exactly what I was looking for in my next career endeavor. There were a few barriers that I needed to break through during our time spent together. Jesse was so great to me, balancing being a career coach and also displaying her maternal nature. From personal situations I was going through to the final negotiations, Jesse displayed the utmost professionalism and support throughout this entire process. To say that we built a bond would be an understatement!

I had vowed to myself last October that I would not work with a 3rd party recruiter in any future job searches. I was previously involved in an intense job search where my recruiter really took too much control of the interview process with her client and for lack of a better analogy, really kept me on a short leash. Jesse was quite the opposite. She really had a great balance of getting me prepared for the interview process, while also allowing me to be myself and have some control on my end. I am very fortunate to have been contacted by Jesse. She is truly a remarkable recruiter, an even better person. Too often do we (I) hear about that recruiter that only has their interest of filling a job req. Of course, I’m sure Jesse had this goal in mind, but she made sure that I was going to advance my career and put myself in a position to better me and my family. As you can tell, I cannot say enough about my experience with Jesse. -Acute Care Job Seeker
