Anthony joined the nation’s largest physician-led, multispecialty physician group and healthcare management company with over 1,900 contracts within the service lines of emergency medicine, hospital services, surgery, anesthesiology, radiology, and critical care practices. As a Regional Operations Manager, Anthony was responsible for a team of over 165 clinicians and managed daily operations of emergency departments and hospitalist programs throughout a national territory in six states. Areas of accountability included recruiting, contracting, enrollment, credentialing, education, onboarding, patient satisfaction, and profit and loss responsibilities. For his efforts in navigating difficult healthcare landscapes, in 2017, he was nationally recognized as the Regional Manager of the Year and Recruiter of the Year. Additionally, he received the Key Contributors Award for 2018-2019.

Natasha started her career in administration working for the City of Gulf Breeze, Florida. Her interest in healthcare began in 1999 while serving as a senior leader within the General Nutrition Center family in Gulf Breeze, Florida. She was accountable for managing the sales performance for 13 stores in the panhandle region.

In 2006, Natasha worked for a private Executive Medical Practice which led her to begin her healthcare career within the revenue cycle at a local hospital system in Pensacola, Florida. Natasha’s passion to teach others, allowed her to spearhead and create an organization-wide revenue cycle training program, that included a computer training lab. Natasha was responsible for identifying areas of continuous process improvement, development, monitoring, and training of Patient Access Services and Patient Financial Services applications. Her outstanding performance was awarded by becoming the Employee of the Quarter in December 2015.

In 2016, Natasha took the lead over the Patient Access Support Services departments. Here, she managed over 138,000 procedures annually in the areas of outpatient and inpatient diagnostics and surgery scheduling for four hospitals, two medical parks, the medical group practices, and Andrews Institute of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine of Gulf Breeze.

After a few years in that leadership role, Natasha had an interest in navigating the managed care process and became a Provider Contracting Professional. Natasha negotiated contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates with providers in a large territory in the Florida panhandle.

In late 2019, Natasha shifted her focus back toward hospital operations. She partnered with a national healthcare system. She managed the day-to-day operations within the revenue cycle for emergency services, labor and delivery, outpatient and admitting departments, with a high focus on metrics analysis and process improvement.

Natasha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of West Florida. She lives with her husband and her blended family of six children, and two Pekingese dogs.

A native of Maple Grove, MN, Eric has lived in Gulf Breeze, FL since 2013. Eric is a health care professional with over 30 years of diverse experience. In 2012, after serving 24 years as a medical provider onboard nuclear submarines, he retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. Since his Navy retirement, he has worked in health care staffing and operations. He spent over five years as a National Operations Manager working for one of the largest contract healthcare management companies in the U.S. Eric managed emergency medicine and hospital medicine contracts throughout Florida, Illinois, Nevada, and Missouri totaling over $15 million. He moved on to support a local health system and spent time as a Supervisor of a prestigious Cardiology Group for a National Leading Health System located in Pensacola, Florida. In his spare time, he has started an animal-assisted play therapy counseling center and a successful Scuba Dive shop in Gulf Breeze, FL. Inspired by his wife of 29 years and 2 sons, Eric is a strong motivator and works tirelessly to help candidates achieve their dream careers. When not working he enjoys scuba diving, video games, and travel.
