Jennifer began her career in healthcare in 2006. She started recruiting in 2013 for a facility that had a need for physicians, nurses, specialists, and other support staff. Over the course of several years, she brought on various professionals in each of those areas. Most of the were permanent placements. She also trained nursing directors and other members of the management in staffing and scheduling. She was involved with the development and negotiation of contracts so that the needs of both the facility and professional were met.
As her recruiting career progressed she moved from emergency room physicians to specialists that included cardiologists, urologists, and nursing directors. She now looks to use her resources and connections to expand into c-suite healthcare executives and other management positions.
Kristin Robinson, RN
Kristin started her professional career in healthcare in 2010 when she decided to go to nursing school. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing in 2012 in Sarasota, Florida and began her career in critical care. In three years in clinical practice, she was able to work in the Emergency Room, Intensive Care units and Trauma Centers. She started her professional career in clinical laboratory sales in 2015 and has since worked in device sales, hospital administration and consulting services. Kristin brings knowledge of the clinical challenges nurses face as well as the professional development expertise in helping nurse candidates expand and develop their skills and talents. Utilizing her knowledge of the business side of healthcare along with her personal experience in the nursing field, Kristin brings a unique set of talents to healthcare recruiting. Tonya began her career in Human Resources in 1988 with a leading Insurance Company. Her experience in all areas of HR has afforded her the opportunity to be actively involved in the multiple facets of Recruiting. After 25 years in the Healthcare/Insurance business, Tonya was presented with an opportunity to become the COO for a medical practice that provides optimum care and services to patients.
