Juli began recruiting in New York City in 1983, recruiting for several high-profile Fortune 500 companies. In 1990 she moved to Florida and joined American Recruiters and helped start its healthcare division.  Juli continues to be a leader in healthcare recruiting because of her commitment to providing outstanding and courteous service to both clients and candidates alike in assisting in meeting their needs.

Juli also owned her own healthcare recruiting practice and was also HealthSouth’s Senior Executive Vice President, as their retained recruiter for several years. She rejoined American Medical Recruiters in 2011 specializing in hospital leadership. She now owns her American Recruiters franchise with a continued focus in acute care settings.
