Gino Scialdone, President and CEO

Gino began his career at American Recruiters in July of 1986 working as a mortgage banking recruiter. After working his way up into the sales management role, he continued to successfully work his own desk for nine consecutive years.

In 1990, Gino also played a key role in transforming American Recruiters into a national executive search & consulting firm on two new fronts. One was the establishment of what is presently our largest segment of executive search, our Healthcare recruitment business segment. Second, together with his now retired partner, was American Recruiters’ entrée into specialized recruiting for the food and foodservice equipment & supply industries.

Under Gino’s leadership, he realized the business was poised for a new type of growth. He embarked on an initiative to replicate the American Recruiters’ business model, along with its successes, through the establishment of our franchising model, and in 1999, American Recruiters opened its first franchised location in Schaumberg, Illinois.

Gino is originally from Herkimer, NY and is a University of Miami graduate, BBA, 1984. He married his wife Terri in 1993 and has two children. He is a very active member of his church. He was a University of Miami Cheerleader for their first National Championship, is a member of the University of Miami Hall of Fame Committee and the “U” Alumni Association, Proud sponsor of the University of Miami Co-ed Cheerleaders, and also coaches in various children’s sports leagues for the City of Parkland, Florida. He is also a talented musician who plays the drums and guitar.

Terri Scialdone, Business Office

Terri heads up our Corporate Business Office and brings with her an extensive background in the insurance and real estate industries. As a Senior Claims Analyst she was responsible for investigating claims, determining losses and leading field audits. She is diligent about digging under the surface to find the root cause of issues that might delay or denigrate the service to our clients and franchises. She is extremely organized and very detail oriented and keeps our business office organized and on a productive schedule. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Florida and is one of the kindest people you will ever encounter.  We’re lucky to have her.

Elysse Dion,  Business Office / IT

Elysse is a critical part of our business office and also heads up our in-house IT services. Her degree in computer science and experience with everything IT related makes her a wonderful fit for this team.  She has a strong sense of order and organization and works hard to keep us moving in that very direction.

Theresa Scialdone, Director of Marketing

Theresa is a highly motivated and positive individual, who brings with her, more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in first-rate business environments.  She has a proven track record with effectively facilitating change in varied business environments, building strong, healthy teams and motivating others to be better at what they do. She is a passionate and natural leader, with an inclusive and highly communicative approach to leading her teams and staying focused on their shared goals. She has been extremely successful in all levels of leadership, from departmental management to director-level executive leadership.

Suzi Rogers, Marketing

Suzi is a fierce multitasker who can do it all. She is an integral part of our marketing team and also serves as the executive assistant to the CEO. On any given day, you can find her juggling several different tasks and keeping those around her organized and on point.  Her experience in the world of contracting has given her a well-rounded history of managing contracts, payroll and everything in between.  She is adept at creating order out of chaos, both at home and at the office. She is a mother of five gorgeous children and puts us all to shame with making it seem so easy.

Bill Reicherter, Director of Franchise Development

Bill ReicherterBill brings with him, significant industry knowledge to the American Recruiters corporate team. As a long-term successful entrepreneur, Bill has previously, and currently owns a number of successful, national businesses that range from small brick and mortar and mall kiosks, to a national manufacturing firm that services the corporate franchise domain on a global level. Bill’s franchising success has landed him on the cover of the International Franchise Magazine on two separate occasions and he has also been highlighted in various professional publications; the most notable being ‘Entrepreneur’ magazine, in an article entitled ‘Businesses That Make You Rich’. Bill’s franchise consulting expertise is with working franchising teams to expand and broaden their brands. His most recent project is an exciting one as co-creator and host of a new business-reality TV series, called ‘The Franchise’.
