Unlike our other search services which are paid on a fee-per-search basis, the annual agreement determines the number of searches needed over a 12-month period. A flat, monthly fee is paid to us over the 12-month period, this leveling out your cash flow over the year. This allows for effective budgeting and elimination of the spikes in recruiting costs that some organizations find difficult to manage.
