Regional Director of Operations - Upper Midwest
Large, national not for profit company has a new position for a Regional Healthcare Director to cover about 20 healthcare entities in the upper midwest. These include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, and adult day care. Skilled nursing represents about 1,100 beds. This person will be responsible for the day to day management and oversight of operations including quality of sevices, fiscal management and state/federal compliance.
This position requires about 70% travel between facilities/states. Candidates must have multi-state, multi facility experience, and be licensed as a Healthcare Administrator in the state s/he is working. A bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare Administration or related field is required, or 10 years of successful executive management experience. Must also have excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritize and set goals.
