Experienced Director of Nursing needed for Washington, D.C. location
Excellent company is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing with commitment and dedication to provide quality of care.
Responsibilities
Looking for a talented and experienced Director of Nursing. Must be comfortable delegating, have exceptional administrative and managerial skills. Must have experience working with nursing budget to manage labor hours and reduce use of agency. Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care knowledge for billing and revenue. Large building experience highly preferred.
Qualifications
*Washington, D.C. Register Nurse (RN) license is required.
*Must have experience working in Skilled Nursing facility with Medicare, Medicare and Managed Care patients.
*Evaulate the current nursing team and implement education for area of improvement.
*Implement programs for falls, weight, wounds and restraints.
