Our Process

 

Because all of our consultants come from within the industry, we truly understand with intimate detail the job descriptions, qualifications, requirements, compensation & benefits. We get to know the intricacies of your organizations culture and look to identify candidates with specific chemistries that will blend well with your staff.

 

Our consultants make a complete recruiting plan to meet your needs. From your input, we determine where we should source. We are looking for candidates that fit your specifications and who are motivated to make a change.

 

When we source candidates, we don’t "pitch" jobs. Our process is highly effective in uncovering candidates that are motivated to make a change and who have strong attributes for success. We discretely present opportunities to candidates, without divulging the specific company to them. Everything is done with discretion, honoring the candidate and our customer.

 

We present candidates with a cover letter describing strategic reasons why each candidate is a good fit for your opportunity. When you reject candidates, we ask for your input as to why so that we can continue to refine our search efforts.  Only when you want to speak to a given candidate do we divulge the specific information to them on your organization and opportunity.

 

Once you’ve determined interest in speaking with a particular candidate, we arrange for a telephone interview or a face-to-face meeting. For face-to-face meetings, we provide at least three 21-point reference checks for your review. These references are from prior employers, colleagues, or customers. You have the right to call these references as well.

 

After your interview, we debrief both you and the candidate(s). Here, we are able to identify and address any candidate concerns they may have or yours as well. With any candidates that require second interviews, we arrange for all details.

 

Once your final candidate is selected, we begin the closing process, preparing you and the candidate for the offer, carefully crafting it so it meet everyone’s understanding. We close the deal by obtaining their start date, helping with logistical issues. We also coach the candidate against any counter offers to ensure deliver of your hire.

 

We follow-up with the candidate and with you regularly after the start date, to ensure a solid hire.
